Hello, I'm Maija Liisa Luttinger.
Â
I'm a licensed massage therapist for both horses and people. I've helped hundreds of equestrians and their horses overcome pain in their own bodies and I'm so happy you will be joining us for our FREE training on helping your horse with their back pain using one of my myofascial release techniques.
There are a lot of reasons to care about why (and where) your horse is hurting. Some signs are pretty subtle and others are much more obvious and hard to ignore: bucking, issues with bits, spooking, the list goes on.
I myself got into the world of equine massage because my heart horse, Westley, an off the track thoroughbred, had a whole portfolio of body issues. We struggled for years to help him feel better; trying  countless supplements, gadgets and exercises that never really addressed the heart of the problem, which was chronic muscular pain.
After going to massage school, and years shadowing veterinarians, equine (and human) chiropractors, and other bodyworkers, I have the knowledge to meaningfully help horses who struggle with pain and body soreness, and I can't wait to SHARE that knowledge with you!

All The Tools YOU need to help your horse yourself...
As an equine massage therapist, my focus is on enabling your horses’ comfort and performance through the use of massage therapy and stretching techniques. As a licensed massage therapist who specializes in myofascial release, I aim to work with you and enable your horse to perform to its full potential, by analysing and assessing posture, movement, and skeletal function.
An integral part of my approach to treating the whole body is offering online courses where YOU can learn effective techniques on how to treat your horse yourself, at home on your own time for less than what you'd spend at the feed store. I can't wait to meet you and get started!Â
